The Royal Exchange can accommodate up to 350 guests for a seated dinner, 300 for a dinner dance or 800 for a standing reception. We have a range of event spaces to suit all requirements; both the Mezzanine Lounges and Courtyard spaces can be hired without shutting the venue exclusively.

Taking all of these worries out of your hands is our experienced and passionate events team, on hand from start to finish to ensure all your ideas are realised.
The Royal Exchange is also available to be hired with outside caterers at the weekend. We have spent time creating a list of caterers who we have a good working relationship with and match our experience and passion to create a fantastic event for you.
